If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made the process simple.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• With all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact
• Free from any signs of wear, stains, or perfume
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Customized, altered, or made-to-measure pieces
• Items purchased during sale or clearance
• Innerwear, or blouses already stitched to your measurements (if applicable)
1. Email [support email] or WhatsApp us at [number] with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup, where serviceable
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within5–7 business days
Refunds are issued via your original payment method, or as store credit, based on your preference. COD orders will be refunded to your provided bank account or as store credit.
Looking for a different size or color instead? Let us know during the return request, and we’ll prioritize your exchange subject to stock availability.
If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
