Order Processing

Every order is carefully checked, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. During sale periods or festive launches, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days
• Remote / non-serviceable pincodes: additional 2–3 days may apply
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow your
piece every step of the way.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across India on eligible orders and pincodes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹[X]. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹[X] applies. COD orders carry an additional convenience fee, shown clearly at checkout.
